By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By purchasing product from saze.ca, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.
All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). *This is required by law. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada.
Content on the Site
All of the content featured or displayed on or through the Site, including, but not limited to, logos, icons, trade marks, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software, and other information (“Content”) is owned by sazé.ca. All elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the general design and the Content, may be protected by copyright, moral rights, database rights, trade mark and other laws relating to intellectual property or other rights. The Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of sazé.ca.

All rights in the Content, including copyright, are and remain owned by sazé.ca. Except as may be otherwise indicated within the Site, you are authorised to view, play, print and download Content found on the Site for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify any of the Content and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Content. You may not re-use any Content without first obtaining the written consent of sazé. The use of any Content on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from Content found on the Site.All trade marks, service marks, logos and trade names that appear on products of sazé, product packaging, or on the Site, whether registered or not (including but not limited to: the word mark "sazé", "the SZ logo", "the SZ heart") (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of sazé.ca., its content providers (as applicable) and are protected by applicable trade mark laws and treaties. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Site, without prior written consent from sazé.

sazé reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions will mean you accept those changes.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other. If any provision is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from and shall not affect the enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Ontario and you and sazé hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario Courts.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Sazé works with certain third parties (including network advertisers, ad agencies, and analytics companies) to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Websites, to serve advertisements, including our advertisements elsewhere online, and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Websites and the effectiveness of our advertisements. These third parties may use Device Identifier and Usage Data to compile reports on user activity. For example, if you clicked on one of our advertisements that led you to one of the Websites, our service provider(s) may be able to tell us which advertisement you clicked on and where you were viewing the advertisement. We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR DATA
