1. When are items released?
We do not have set release dates. Our brand is in the early stages and we will be releasing new products when we can get them created. Please sign up for the members newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release or are planning to release a new product.

2. Is the clothing for men only?
Our clothing is unisex. We have future plans to do an exclusive women's fitted line.

3. What are the measurements of your clothes.

4. How do I wash my Sazé products?
For best care, longevity and maintenance of all Sazé products we strongly recommend the following:
- wash cold with like colours and fabrics
- hang to dry
- use mild liquid detergent

5. Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes. Local Toronto pick-ups are welcome. When your order is ready you'll receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your product. Local orders can be arranged for pickup within 2 business days.

6. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being received and take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. International shipping can be subject to a slightly longer shipping time depending on the country.

7. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final, exchange only. We will fulfill a return only if there is an error on our part. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) haven’t been worn, washed or tampered with.
